Test method: Dissolve the sample in methanol, use methanol + water + triethylamine = 80 + 20 + 0.1 as the mobile phase, use a stainless steel column with C18 as the filler, high-performance liquid chromatography separation and determination of DCPTA in samples at a wavelength of 230 nm.


Physical and chemical properties
Crude oil is light yellow or light brown viscous liquid with grassy fragrance. It’s hydrochloride and citrate are white solids, density: 1.154 (g/cm3), vapor pressure (25℃):18.7x10.3Pa, citrate is soluble in hot water and has relatively low solubility in alcohol, easily soluble in dimethyl carbon. Stable to light, stable under neutral and acidic conditions, and unstable under alkaline conditions.
