Forchlorfenuron can effectively improve fruit set and promote fruit enlargement in citrus fruits, but attention must be paid to the concentration and timing of application to avoid problems such as fruit drying out later.
Mechanism of Action of Forchlorfenuron: Forchlorfenuron accelerates fruit enlargement by promoting cell division and protein synthesis. It also breaks apical dominance, increases lateral bud sprouting and flower bud differentiation, and improves fruit set.

Application Methods:
1. Fruit Set: Ten days after full bloom, soak the fruit stalks in a 5-20 mg/kg Forchlorfenuron urea solution and spray the young fruit to improve fruit set.
2. Fruit Enlargement: After the second physiological fruit drop, spray with a 0.1% chlorfenuron solution diluted 1500-2000 times, repeating twice at 20-30 day intervals. The effect is better when combined with high-phosphorus and potassium or high-calcium and boron foliar fertilizers.
