Cultivation Situation: Data from the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture shows that as of July 2025, the total fruit tree cultivation area nationwide exceeds 1.3 million hectares, of which pineapple cultivation accounts for more than 52,000 hectares. Lao Cai province, as one of the major production areas, has been continuously adjusting its cultivation structure in recent years, adding 60 hectares for pineapple cultivation in 2024.
