The mechanism of action is the same as Paclobutrazol, which can control vegetative growth, inhibit cell elongation, shorten internodes, dwarf plants, promote lateral bud growth and flower bud formation, and increase stress resistance. Its activity is 6 ~ 10 of that of paclobutrazol, its concentration is generally lower than that of paclobutrazol, and its residual amount in soil is only 1/10 of that of paclobutrazol, so it has little influence on subsequent crops.
